Today Im really pleased to present to you, an insanely good side project. Karl Schubach, singer in one of my absolute favourite bands, Misery Signals, started in 2008 his own side-project called "Solace".
Solace is mostly an expression of all those riffs that didnt suit Misery Signals. But that doesnt make it a recycle project. The melodies are strong, deep, dark far from monotonous. The melody (heavy, dark, distorted at times) in combination with Karl's intense and strong voice and of course the expocitive lyrics, gives us powerful music, or perhaps what I would call, quality music.
